The official language of the conference will be English and Romanian.
The abstracts and papers will be sent in English to be included on the CD of the conference.
The presentation of the papers during the conference can be done in English or Romanian.
There is no registration fee.
The lunch and the coffee-break are provided by the organizers.
The travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organizers, they are in the charge of participants.
