Overall objectives of this project:

- inform, raise awareness and foster debate on the European values among children and adults from rural areas;
- develop European identity knowledge on the European Union and its achievements, especially in the context of Lisbon Treaty;
- promote intercultural and mutual understanding between the citizens of Europe.

Specific objectives:

- Contribute to the development of the European citizenship among citizens in rural areas by means of informal learning during the 18 interactive workshops at the level of the 3 partner countries (Czech Republic, Romania, Portugal);
- Increase access to up-to-date and quality information concerning the European values and The Reform Treaty among citizens living in the three partner countries, in rural areas, by means of the European curriculum drawn up within the workshops;
- Promoting inter-generational solidarity by having the 90 adults and children work together within the workshops carried out in the 3 partner countries;
- Promoting innovation and creativity among the 90 citizens involved in the workshops by means of the contests of drawings and knowledge in which they will take part at the end of the workshops;
- Exchange of good practices at European level throughout the project by means of the website with discussion forum, intercultural CD, dissemination materials, national conferences, etc.
