Active citizenship courses for adults in Iasi, within the European project "PLUSVALOR- Plurilinguism Strengthening Valorisation of Roots"

The PLUSVALOR Project, co-financed by the European Union within the "Lifelong Learning" Programme (action KA02) has as its main objective the valorization of the mother tongue and the culture of origin through its relation with a foreign language, but also the development a model of citizenship education for adults in migratory situations and in the new European contexts (Romania, Hungary). In this sense, SREP is organizing citizenship courses for adults.

The themes discussed within the workshops are related to the European Union and its institutions, European policies, the European Citizenship, the rights and obligations of European Citizens and other issues of European interest for the target group.

Since May 2010, the course session has begun, organized in "Mihail Kogalniceanu" High school in Miroslava town, Iasi County, Romania.
